As a result, we have temporarily disabled logs to address the problem promptly
and restore full functionality.
Service Status:
- Users can still access
and work on their profiles during this period.
- Logs have been disabled
temporarily for faster issue resolution.
Scheduled Maintenance Details:
- Maintenance will
commence at 2 pm on the 29th of September 2023.
- We anticipate completion
by 8 am on the 30th of September 2023.
Impact During Maintenance:
- All G-WEB services and device functionality will be unaffected by the scheduled maintenance, although system logs will be inaccessible for the duration; this pertains to both the web interface and the Android and iOS mobile apps.
Post-Maintenance Process:
- Once maintenance is
complete and successful, logs will be gradually restored (newest to
oldest).
- Full data recovery is
expected by Monday, 2nd October 2023.
